We ask for Harry Joseph every six months. He’s thorough and plain nice. My neighbor and I are long time customers of Artic Air. Since we are seasonal Floridians it is important that our AC is in top notch condition, especially when we leave. We have used Artic Air to service our AC units for many years. We return to our homes knowing everything is serviced and working as it should. The service technicians are extremely nice and competent. Very happy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 😎
Alberto did a great job! However my opinion, to much work & lifting for one person. I had to help him lift the inside unit (air handler & coils )up and into place in the inside closet. He didn’t ask for help, I offered to do it! The outside unit was not sealed properly at the cinderblocks coming out of the house and I will have to address this. But I would recommend ArticAir to my friends.
There was an Alert in new AC: Inside Sensor not found. I called office and Eric came out ahead of schedule. He was very thorough and very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Problem resolved at this time. Everyone at Artic Air has been wonderful.
