“We returned Friday afternoon from being out of town for the summer only to find our AC was not functioning. We called LaPensee thinking it would probably be Monday (it was in the high 80's that day). Ramon was there within an hour and had our AC running in no time. Everyone from the ladies answering the phones to Ramon were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will always use LaPensee!”
“He was respectful of my home. Worked through all the issues and verified them before telling me and explaining what he found. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, polite. Explained what would happen when the new parts came in. Great employee and asset to Spartan Air.”
“Air & Energy takes care of my air conditioner and does a 6 month check up. They are very responsive in meeting my timing needs. I do not live in my condo and so must make particular appointment times. They are quick, thorough and keep me informed about all points. Great company! Great technicians!”
