I called Scott from A/C outfitters and asked for an ac service and he very kindly was able to schedule me the very next day. This company is the real deal, honest and very knowledgeable. I let him know up front that I wanted to extend the life of my old unit and he took time to realisticly explain what I should look for when it comes time to replace my ac and took care to clean, check and service my system so it could push through another hot Florida summer. So many companies only focus on upselling and trying to lock you into expensive service agreements. Scott from AC Outfitters is both incredibly knowledgeable about HVAC, and incredibly focused on service. I'm glad to have a maintenance plan with a company who understands how much we rely on our AC!
