“I want to put in a recommendation to ask for Brandon when you have Max Cool do your annual maintenance service. Communication on the way was great and he explained what he was doing and why when he was here. He even gave me a heads up on the drain flow safety switch that really came in handy tonight. It happened to shut the system off after I opened the windows for some fresh air after an afternoon of heavy rain with the air left on. He had explained the switch function and how to open and drain it to get the system going again if it ever shut the system down due to excess moisture drainage. He even called me back at 9:00 PM on a Saturday after I reached out for help to the cell number he called from before the maintenance appointment.“
