Brian Kasten was able to correct our water pressure issue without any major repairs. We took our first quality shower since we moved in last December. Thanks Brian for a job well done. We hope to have you come back if we need any plumbing work done in the future

Matt Ort was on time, polite, and very knowledgeable. He provided no pressure quotes for upgrades should we choose to pursue them. Yesterdays service was as reliable and informative as the Maintenance programs have ever been. We have the comfort knowing they are looking out for us!

Since Veteran took over, they don’t send appointment reminder texts or emails like they used to when it was Best Home Services. I’ve only had one appointment so far under Veterans ownership. I did receive a text requesting this review, so that tells me the service is there. Would be nice to have the communication so I didn’t have to call to confirm day of scheduled appointment.
