Excellent work! Scott explained everything to me so that I would have an understanding as to why the valves had a white substance around them and the impact it has. Consistently checked and rechecked the pipes to ensure that after the work was completed, there were no leaks!
Had electrical work done. Jakob is a great electrician. He’s vey methodical and explained everything he was doing. Very mindful of making sure no damage was caused. I’ll request him for future work.
Tech was good. Friendly, Professional, and Knowledgeable. I was very disappointed that I had to pay over $700 for a UV light. The system is only 2 years old. Why wasn't the UV light still under warranty. Way overpriced. Amazon has the UV light for less than $100, so installation cost me over $600. I wouldn't think Veteran Air would rip off anyone like that, let alone a Veteran. I will probably not renew my maintenance agreement with Veteran Air.
