Tilly and Lisa, the office managers, were so helpful when my nest thermostat wasn’t working. They didn’t want to send a tech if it meant sitting on a call with google support. After troubleshooting with Google (just online research - no Google person is available to help), I called back and they asked David, our tech, to call me for further troubleshooting. David knew exactly what the issue was, came out and fixed it that day. He also realized it was time for routine maintenance so he did that too while he was here. They’re the real deal - no upselling, no unnecessary services - just competent and responsive service.
Greg, and Kevin came out for a routine inspection. Based on their recommendation I had them install lightning surge protectors. Diaz came out and completed the job the following morning and even replaced a contactor in the unit that was found to be brittle from age. All work was done professionally; these employees were knowledgeable, polite, and respectful of our property. Excellent service once again.
