It gives me peace of mind having C&S maintain my AC system every six months. Their reports help me to trace the wear on my system. In my experience they never suggest unnecessary repairs.Service: HVAC system maintenance
Of course the air conditioner goes kaput the night before we’re hosting 9 relatives at our house for a family reunion. Cody at C & S came right out that morning with a used compressor. Boy did he save the day. They have always been prompt, polite and try to fix rather than just charge more to replace. In our case the compressor had had many fixes and it was definitely time to replace our old unit. Next we’re planning to have them put in a mini split in the bedroom as soon as HOA okays it. I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. They do excellent work.Service: A/C system repair
They had a full day of work and still was able to squeeze us in! Cody did what he could so we weren't burning up that night .
