UNBELIEVABLE!!! I don’t just want to write a review for the expertise of the technician, Mr. Tim Barger, but also for the integrity . What other companies tried to upsell entire AC and inbuilt dehumidifier, Tim could fix with a mere setting . He confirmed no leaks and I was shocked at the integrity as it was opposite of what CoolToday gave us. I am impressed . If you want a honest AC expert - go with CLIMATE and ask for TIM. 🙏🏽

Jordan came out today and quickly figured out our AC never had a trap installed — got it fixed up with a new trap plus an extra drain clean-out, and left the garage cleaner than he found it. Prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions.
Shoutout to Sherri on scheduling too — got a tech out to us same-day, no hassle, always a pleasure to talk to. Great team, easy experience all around. Highly recommend!
