I had a issue with my AC system. I called Spatan Air as soon as I realized it on Saturday evening. They send a technician right away and diagnose the problem and fixed it. Thanks.
Our HVAC quit working today so we called Spartan Air Solutions for help. They were very prompt and were able to send a technician (Maykel) to our house on the same day. Maykel has worked on our HVAC many times so he was familiar with the unit. He immediately identified the source of the problem after he checked the HVAC unit. He replaced the part and the unit was good to go. We were so glad that Maykel repaired the HVAC and got it to work in a very short amount of time. He also went above and beyond his job, and implemented a mitigation measure to the system to prevent the compressor from being overloaded, in case similar issues occur in the future. Maykel is fantastic. We have been customers of Spartan Air Solutions since moving here in 2020, and we are more than pleased with our service. Maykel is very thorough and very knowledgeable,and takes the time to explain what he is doing. I highly recommend Spartan Air Solutions!
