“I arrived home after being gone for two months to an AC that was not working. Mercury got a technician out to my house within a couple of hours to assess the situation. Josh was terrific! He was professional and knowledgeable and got my cold air up and running. He also was very patient teaching me how to program my thermostat and perform preventive maintenance. I highly recommend Mercury and will be using them for all of my HVAC needs. I wrote this review back in November and failed to push the submit button. Josh did such a great job. I don’t want to miss sharing that information on Google so I’m posting it late.

“Not sure about all the negative comments other than people who have problems tend to report bad service more than those who receive good service. I have been an ABC member since I was referred by a contractor friend. The tech who came out yesterday had to deal with a huge mess which flooded the toilet, bathtub and the carpet in half of the bedroom. He was busy for awhile but he took care of the problem and did a good job of handling most of the water on the floor. Thank you, David S. for you courteous and professional service.“
