I'm a new customer, and I received same-day service that was prompt, professional, and competent. The technician was accomplished and honest. He turned in a factory warranty claim even though his company did not install my a/c unit. My wife and I were completely satisfied with this excellent service.Follow up: Another A&E technician (Casey) returned to replace the defective air handler motor. Serviced the Koehler generator they installed 2 years ago. Jimmy was just excellent! Personal, professional, polite and took the time to explain everything he was doing, LISTEN to and to answer ALL of our questions. Knows his business, made some really helpful suggestions and created a feeling of trust - so rarely found in personal relations today.Extremely satisfied and would definitely highly recommend!!Pam
