He showed interest on what I had to say. Was concerned and wanted to help in solving my issues. He was not rushed like the large groups. Office was very clean and modern. Easy to get to. If you are having ear, nose, throat issues I would high recommend you go, make it your first choice!“

“Once you get an appt everything is fine. But don't bother calling the number in Branford. They either say they are closed when it's daytime or you are on hold forever. Call the main number in New Haven. At least you get a person who can help you!“

“2023 update: Last time I visited they were taking reservations.

Like a good restaurant that doesn't take reservations. I don't mind waiting to see a doctor since there are no appointments. I've been coming here for years and really appreciate their walk-in approach.
The doctors genuinely care and take their time. They’ve fax orders / records on short notice and keep me healthy with very little aggravation. Their efforts are much appreciated, so the least I can do is leave a well-deserved 5-star review.“
