Takes his time and has great demeanor.Reason for not 5 stars: office administration.You can call the office well after it opens, or well past lunchtime and yet you continue to get the message "we are closed" up to 30 min post opening time. When you call with emergency issue, i.e. fever of 104, they tell you to come in in a week. And the latest for me, I scheduled an appt 2 months in advance as I needed a late evening appt, only to find out the week of my appt they had no record of appt.Granted since my original review, admin piece has improved considerably.”
