Dr. Halwani is my fathers primary. I can’t say enough about this man. He has gone above and beyond in taking care of my father who is a very complicated person when it comes to health. I have dealt with a lot of doctors the past few years and none compare to him.
Physician care is not good. It takes forever to get information and refills on meds. The 1st flr blood draw station has terrific clinicians however the young large blk woman with glasses is horrible. She barely answers questions and she is ALWAYS on her phone. Answering questions rudely as if she is doing you a favor! She doesn't like her job? Then quit! This seems to be an ongoing issue as there always seems to be someone at reception is extremely unpleasant!!! Stop hiring ppl like that!!!
It's a professional and welcoming place. They take care of men's, women's, and the whole family's health I like that they can refer you to Yale for an academic evaluation and maybe even better treatment.
