I had my echo done today in Branford. I am almost through with my radiation (finishing up breast cancer treatment) so my skin on my chest and left side particularly is in pretty bad shape. So what is usually a completely painless procedure like Echo today was wildly uncomfortable to say the least. My sonographer Thomas (Tom) was beyond helpful and patient and did everything so I am as comfortable as I can be. Honestly he was absolutely the best. He talked to me through everything and trying really hard to be fast but still thorough and attentive. If I could give 20 stars to this man I would. Thank you so much!!!!!

Once you get an appt everything is fine. But don't bother calling the number in Branford. They either say they are closed when it's daytime or you are on hold forever. Call the main number in New Haven. At least you get a person who can help you!

once you can get an appointment it's fine. But don't bother trying to call the Branford office. You either have a long long wait time or they say they're closed when it's the middle of the day. You have better luck calling the main number in New Haven where will get a live person who can help you.
