once you can get an appointment it's fine. But don't bother trying to call the Branford office. You either have a long long wait time or they say they're closed when it's the middle of the day. You have better luck calling the main number in New Haven where will get a live person who can help you.
The staff is extremely sweet and kind. When ever I have blood work I normally have to bring my two young children with me and they are always so helpful distracting them and giving them stickers. This isn’t the closest lab draw to me but I go out of my way to come to this one :-) thank you
1yr later: still 10/10 great experience!! Drink water the day before make it easy on everyone!! Thanks!!!!! REVIEW: I have difficult veins and the phlebotomist who drew my blood was very patient careful and gentle! Wonderful as needle pokes go! Better check in and waiting room than quest locations in the area. Highly recommend!
