Nurse Alex was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Soon as I walked in he greeted me by my name, and explained the process. The facility is very clean, sanitized, recliners are very comfortable! They do have snacks, coffee, tea etc for you to enjoy. They provide you with a warm blanket if needed. The ambiance was very peaceful. I was so comfortable and relaxed that I was asleep the entire time!. I can’t wait to return. I definitely recommend Vivo Infusion North Haven.
The facility was very nice, accommodating & easy to get to. The staff was wonderful. They were cordial and explained everything that was going to happen. I would definitely recommend them.
The team at Vivo are very friendly and compassionate especially when you're receiving injections for the first time. They made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel a thing when injected. Comfortable recliner chairs and a TV. Thank you Vivo team!!
