The North Haven location is such an amazing place. They make the patient and family feel comfortable. They are child friendly and explain to the kids step by step what they are doing in a way that they can understand. The staff is compassionate and caring. They are very accommodating and go out of their way to answer any questions you may have, and make you feel as relaxed as possible. I especially would like to acknowledge the amazing experiences I've had with Alex, Steve and Mandy. This was my first visit and I was a bit nervous at first. I was treated very well, courteous and professional. My nurse Mandy answered all my questions, was very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

As an employee of CIVIC Infusion Center, I feel proud and privileged to be part of such an amazing team. From my very first day, I knew that this was a special place, where patients are treated with care, compassion and professionalism. From management to medical professionals, everyone works together seamlessly to provide the highest level of care.
