STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!!! Such a shame that the staff is so horrible because I really do like Dr. Slater. He is a great doctor and guy, but the front desk staff is HORRIBLE. Time after time I just accepted the rudeness of the people at the front desk, but after years I have finally made the decision to switch to a REAL doctors office where I am actually treated like a patient. Not to mention, most of the time it is impossible to even reach the office. Horrible customer service and no one there really makes you feel comfortable. They treat you like more of a burden. 2023 update: Last time I visited they were taking reservations.

Like a good restaurant that doesn't take reservations. I don't mind waiting to see a doctor since there are no appointments. I've been coming here for years and really appreciate their walk-in approach.
The doctors genuinely care and take their time. They’ve fax orders / records on short notice and keep me healthy with very little aggravation. Their efforts are much appreciated, so the least I can do is leave a well-deserved 5-star review.

he and chrissy and barb are always great. But his newest employee is rude and disrespectful. I myself have worked in healthcare for over 30 years and have never treated anyone the way she continuously treats people.she is very rude.
