He showed interest on what I had to say. Was concerned and wanted to help in solving my issues. He was not rushed like the large groups. Office was very clean and modern. Easy to get to. If you are having ear, nose, throat issues I would high recommend you go, make it your first choice!“

“I am a contractor for Live Free Therapy and happened upon a really angry review of the practice today by accident. I have worked at LFT for more than a year and I can only say that I have always been really selective about the places I have chosen to work. The owner, Diana Kral, is a woman of the utmost integrity. I have never known her to be anything other than compassionate, honest, professional and respectful. If I didn’t know that to be true, I wouldn’t have chosen to provide clinical therapeutic services under the auspice of Live Free Therapy. To that point, I recently moved to a new home and decided to keep all clients who chose to continue seeing me on a virtual basis. Some really needed to continue therapy through in-person sessions and Diana took time to meet with me so she could be sure they were transitioned to clinicians that would be the best fit. I am busy with a full time job but chose to maintain my relationship with Live Free Therapy because I care deeply for my clients and I care very much about continuing my relationship with Diana, an extremely caring practitioner, business owner and human being. I have known therapists, including myself, to frequently NOT charge clients any fees for last minute cancellations. I do this more times than not. We live in a time when illness and other variables prevent clients from being able to keep appointments. So very sorry that the negative reviewer is unhappy. I really felt compelled to share my own experience to provide a very different perspective.“

“I cannot say enough about UB Clinic! I recommend them to EVERYONE. They were the only ones to help me and heal me when 4 hospitals couldn't! They confirmed that I had tore my sartorius muscle and couldn't walk for 4 months and on my 1st treatment I was 80%-90% better. They have helped me.with my migraines and back issues and now have an integrated clinic with chiro and acupuncture that is AMAZING! The staff and students are amazing, caring and knowledgeable. They picked up on red flags with my daughter's anemia which led to her getting checked and receiving treatment. They are considerate and do exactly what is needed always being thoughtful of whether they are doing too much or need to be a little more aggressive in your treatment. “I just had my 3 hour glucose test at this location and I can't say enough wonderful things about my phlebotomist, Tameka. She was kind, helpful, and radiated positivity. For anyone who has had to take this test it absolutely sucks and Tameka made it as painless as possible.“

In all my years, I have never had a doctor who took the time to get to know me and verbally ask about my families history in depth, what were my concerns and address each any every question I had and so much more. “For quite a while, I was having arthritic pain in my left hand. With the help of Dr. Carpenos and his Softwave therapy, my pain has completely subsided. I also had Softwave therapy treatments because I had arthritic pain in my left knee. After six treatments, I find it much easier to climb stairs and overall use of my leg.“

“I had my first appointment at the Trumbull location with Dr. Tuohy. First of all, when I originally called to schedule an appointment I was thinking it was going to take weeks or months to be seen. Much to my surprise the receptionist said they had an opening that very same day! I was so relieved and extremely thankful. The front desk staff were super nice and very helpful. I didn’t catch the nurse’s name who did my EKG, but she was also super sweet and also helped to ease my anxiety. Dr. Tuohy was amazing! I was extremely nervous and anxious and he was making me laugh and really put me at ease. I look forward to seeing him again at my follow up appointment as well as the other staff.
