Been seeing Dr Russo for lower back, upper back, neck injuries and vertigo - all due to a fall down a steep flight of stairs that had a railing that was not secured to the wall at the top. Back to Health in Branford has an amazing staff including Tina who is always flexible fitting me in when I can drive and Dr Russo who is personable, professional, and someone who genuinely cares for his patients. It’s been my home away from home. I highly recommend for back, neck injuries, ear and head trauma, and the Epley maneuver for vertigo!

Dr. Russo and his staff are amazing! After a terrible accident I had, they saw me the same day and went out of their way to treat me immediately. I’ve been going there for several months and it’s been like a second home. Everyone from Dr Russo & Leanne (electrotherapy), to the office staff Tina and her colleagues are extremely accommodating and courteous. I feel it’s hard to come by this level of care these days.
