Like a good restaurant that doesn't take reservations. I don't mind waiting to see a doctor since there are no appointments. I've been coming here for years and really appreciate their walk-in approach.
The doctors genuinely care and take their time. They’ve fax orders / records on short notice and keep me healthy with very little aggravation. Their efforts are much appreciated, so the least I can do is leave a well-deserved 5-star review.“

“I had my echo done today in Branford. I am almost through with my radiation (finishing up breast cancer treatment) so my skin on my chest and left side particularly is in pretty bad shape. So what is usually a completely painless procedure like Echo today was wildly uncomfortable to say the least. My sonographer Thomas (Tom) was beyond helpful and patient and did everything so I am as comfortable as I can be. Honestly he was absolutely the best. He talked to me through everything and trying really hard to be fast but still thorough and attentive. If I could give 20 stars to this man I would. Thank you so much!!!!!“

I know the draw station is open to 530pm got here 433pm waiting in the lobby, one man came out and we are still waiting moms on oxygen can't wait long, 450pm we got called in nobody but us back here. “Been seeing Dr Russo for lower back, upper back, neck injuries and vertigo - all due to a fall down a steep flight of stairs that had a railing that was not secured to the wall at the top. Back to Health in Branford has an amazing staff including Tina who is always flexible fitting me in when I can drive and Dr Russo who is personable, professional, and someone who genuinely cares for his patients. It’s been my home away from home. I highly recommend for back, neck injuries, ear and head trauma, and the Epley maneuver for vertigo!“

In all my years, I have never had a doctor who took the time to get to know me and verbally ask about my families history in depth, what were my concerns and address each any every question I had and so much more. “I have been going to Dr Yu at this business for several years now and am completely happy with the care I've received. Dr Yu is very knowledgeable and caring the only downside for him for some patients can be he doesn't take Anthem insurance, there are other doctors in this practice who do,but he does take United Healthcare which I have. When I walked into this office I was on the brink of having two toes amputated and Dr Yu saved both of them which I am so grateful. I go for routine diabetic foot exams. The staff is friendly and the office is festive for the holidays making it even nicer for your visit. I highly recommend this practice“

“For quite a while, I was having arthritic pain in my left hand. With the help of Dr. Carpenos and his Softwave therapy, my pain has completely subsided. I also had Softwave therapy treatments because I had arthritic pain in my left knee. After six treatments, I find it much easier to climb stairs and overall use of my leg.“

“Hi, As I walked through the door to the receptionist desk I felt at ease. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then I met the gentleman who was sitting up next to her and again he was very pleasant. From there on everyone was very pleasant and funny like me. As I was leaving I went up to the receptionist and told her that I usually spray my hair with water to get the frizz out, but after spraying for about a minute I realized that I sprayed my hair with windex. So then I had to get the smell of windex off my hair I went ahead and sprayed it with a ton of hair spray.“
