Ladies DO NOT come here. They refused to let my partner back even though I have severe brain damage and amnesia that’s written IN MY CHART and they wouldn’t let him back. They asked me a million questions I couldn’t answer because of the brain damage and refused to allow him back even with me giving repeated permission. Mind you they’re a med student. They also refused to give me an ultrasound or even schedule one that my primary care called in. I was completely dismissed in my health concerns and the front staff was giving my partner the ugliest looks the whole time. Finally made my annual appointment, a few years late. My APRN of 30+ years retired in my absence. It's hard to break in a new provider, as you may well know.

This morning, I met with Kaitlin Pirro for the first time. She meets her patients *before* asking them to disrobe and put on a gown, which makes sense because I asked her why she chose this profession. She talked about the vulnerability one feels at the doctor's office, and she sees that defenseless position her patients are in. The more I talked to her, the more I knew I could trust her. My newborn baby had a scheduled pediatric appointment, which was changed without any proactive notification from any staff. After driving all the way to the health center, I was then informed that my updated appointment time could not be honored as scheduled.

This is unacceptable service, administrative failure, and poor communication my family experienced at the center.
