They don’t have an online bill payment service. Instead of sending the third reminder for bill payment, the lady at their Patients Accounts, P.O. Box 634, Guilford, CT says they automatically send out a letter asking to pay within 15 days, otherwise they would refer the patient to a collection agency. That’s like a threatening letter saying pay up or we’ll see that your credit score is messed up. Another good reason to switch to a better doctors office that has online bill payment service.
I stopped going back in 2015 due to them constantly cxl’ ing my appts. Tried to go back but the office personal is VERY rude. Very unhelpful. I will be looking for a new doctor’s office.
Had my primary refer me for questions. Dr. or medical representitive didnt take the time to call or talk to me. Had to call multiple times to get an answer. Answering service confirmed delivery of all messages. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
