Saw Dr. Parker until he passed away a few years ago. The PAs that have replaced him are helpful. They got me in on a televisit last week within an hour after I tested positive at home for Covid and got me on a script quickly.
Dr. Parker is the best doctor out there. I trust him with my health and my whole family has been seeing him for years. However, they really need to rethink who they hire to answer their phones. I have had several occasions and so has my family in which they were rude and disrespectful over the phone. Not the type of people you want answering the phone when you’re calling with a health issue. It has been worth it to deal with the rudeness and uncalled for interactions because Dr. Parker is amazing, but if it wasn’t for him, I would have left the practice a while ago.
