“Wow! What a fantastic results that I'm getting. After three years of not being able to wear my high heels. I came to the New England Spine & Disc in Orange, CT. After the first visit, I experienced a change; the pain wasn't as bad. Now, after five visits, I can walk with my heels without pain. “I was 25 minutes late...the next available appt would be late July. At first I felt Linda, the front receptionist was dismissive but I kept my cool. I told her I was completely available this week. She took my number and said she would call if there were any cancellations. I got a call back within 2 hrs. I was thrilled! Dr. Lockwood was amazing!“
“Edited.Dr Baginski is very knowledgeable and has at times identified issues that other medical professionals did not see or misdiagnosed. He gets at the core of the issue and seeks to help his patients. Takes his time and has great demeanor.Reason for not 5 stars: office administration.You can call the office well after it opens, or well past lunchtime and yet you continue to get the message "we are closed" up to 30 min post opening time. When you call with emergency issue, i.e. fever of 104, they tell you to come in in a week. And the latest for me, I scheduled an appt 2 months in advance as I needed a late evening appt, only to find out the week of my appt they had no record of appt.Granted since my original review, admin piece has improved considerably.“

Also, the Yale Mychart app/website is awesome. All of my labs and covid test results were available really fast, and if i ever send my dr a message there is a fast response. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new pcp.“
