Hi, As I walked through the door to the receptionist desk I felt at ease. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Then I met the gentleman who was sitting up next to her and again he was very pleasant. From there on everyone was very pleasant and funny like me. As I was leaving I went up to the receptionist and told her that I usually spray my hair with water to get the frizz out, but after spraying for about a minute I realized that I sprayed my hair with windex. So then I had to get the smell of windex off my hair I went ahead and sprayed it with a ton of hair spray.
Erin, at the front desk was very professional and comforting. As a matter of fact, everyone including the person selling the glasses were very very friendly and courteous. I have doubts in the beginning due to the Credit Card requirements, but was very impressed and glad it turn around the other way. All due to the interaction/communication between my wife, myself and Erin. Still like Dr Swan, but now we found Dr Moore. Thank you.
Dr Moore is knowledgeable, kind & patient. She always returns her calls personally or her staff quickly!
Her staff is amazing as well, they always greet me with so much respect and kindness always! I trust Dr . Moore and would highly recommend her .
