I got an appointment for an annual exam easily; it was my first checkup with Dr. Nanti. The office staff was polite and efficient. The entire exam with Dr. N was straightforward and pleasant; high point was communicating with Felicia, the technician who started me off with testing and drops. I will for sure be returning there.

My recent appointment with Refocus, Branford was quite a pleasurable and rewarding experience having first been assisted by Felicia Mayberry and Dr Moore. Both of which demonstrated true professionalism as well as the utmost congeniality. Their actions truly left a lasting impression on my visit there.

The staff are very very sweet. The woman whose name escapes me that brought me in for the eye drops and a refraction was amazing, very comforting and put me at ease.Overall the care is quite comprehensive, and Dr. Nancy who I was seeing for the first time very reassuring as well. They are quite busy so be patient, it is worth the wait.
