“I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly. I'm blown away with the customer service at Fusco! New customer right here!“

“Dee service is a life saver!!! I used a different but reputable HVAC guy first who couldn't figure out the issue and recommended a new furnace. I was a week without heat (low 20s at night) but decided to get a 2nd opinion and saw Dee was recommended on the neighboorhood FB group. I called and they came out same day, figured out the problem in 30 mins or less, they ordered the part, and installed it 2 days later! I wish I called them sooner!! Shout out to Paul, Cindy, and the techs Mike and especially Tom for answering all my questions and explaining the issue. They are excellent assets to your company. Everyone was professional and punctual and arrived when they said they would. Cindy would call to let me know when a tech was on their way. Do not hesitate to call them! A+ service!!“
