I have nothing but good things to say about Joel and Curtis Energy Solutions. Joel's communication was fantastic. He arrived well within the time window he said he would. Upon arrival, his work van was in great condition ( no oil leaks, clean, organized, which immediately gave a good impression). He was very friendly and immediately asked about shoes on/off in our home, which is really important to me and my wife. He was methodical in his troubleshooting, and a really great communicator. Joel quickly found the issue (a chipmunk which met it's demise....) and fixed it in a very quick manner. The price was amazingly fair.
