I had an emergency when our well pump broke, leaving our house without water. Shaffer Beacon responded promptly and was able to get our water back up and running. Replacing a well pump is a significant job, and I’m extremely grateful to Paul, Carlos, Alerek, and Mario for staying at our home and working through the process to get everything completed. I scheduled a needed repair. The work was completed in a much shorter time than expected, but only to find out that the work was completed incorrectly.
Tony C was then reassigned and came for a follow up.
He correctly completed the work, took the time to explain the steps and the corrections needed. Once the work was complete, Tony took extra time to ensure everything was working correctly.
Beacon is lucky to have a great employee as Tony C.
I would highly recommend Tony C to anyone who needs work completed on their burner / oil lines / tank.
