I scheduled a needed repair. The work was completed in a much shorter time than expected, but only to find out that the work was completed incorrectly.
Tony C was then reassigned and came for a follow up.
He correctly completed the work, took the time to explain the steps and the corrections needed. Once the work was complete, Tony took extra time to ensure everything was working correctly.
Beacon is lucky to have a great employee as Tony C.
I would highly recommend Tony C to anyone who needs work completed on their burner / oil lines / tank.

We have been using Shaffer Beacon for our maintenance for years. They also installed a new central air unit a few years back. Our home was built 50 years ago and we still had the existing gas furnaces. For safety sake we decided to use Shaffer Beacon to replace both furnaces and one remaining central air unit. Yes, a very big job. I can't tell you how pleased we were of the results. Rich was the team leader and took a personal interest in getting the very complicated job done and on time. They arrived the date they gave us on time and completed within three days. Again a shut out to Rich for really making sure the system was installed and operating at 100%. Great job!
reasonable price for the amount of extra effort needed to clean out an unusual amount of pine needles. Tech was excellent, well informed and willing to share all details of my system and make suggestions going forwards.
