Recently Technician "Matt" came to my property to troubleshoot a split system A/C that was not working to cool. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the system, performed some tests to ensure coolant lines were not leaking, purged the system. He found the leak, replaced the fitting and valve, recharged the system and replaced a faulty capacitor. In short order the A/C was working as designed. I'd recommend Hometown Heating & Cooling to any homeowner needing assistance.
Matt and his team were outstanding. They showed up on time, kept the spaces they were working in clean, they were very thorough, detailed oriented & overall a pleasure having them do a new furnace and AC unit. They made sure to show both new units to me and do a walk through prior to leaving. They answered all of the questions and concerns I had. I am very pleased with the work and look forward to seeing them for servicing going forward!
