Recently Technician "Matt" came to my property to troubleshoot a split system A/C that was not working to cool. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the system, performed some tests to ensure coolant lines were not leaking, purged the system. He found the leak, replaced the fitting and valve, recharged the system and replaced a faulty capacitor. In short order the A/C was working as designed.
