“I had trouble with my AC and called the office. In less than an hour Tyler was at my house and addressed the problem on one of our 90+ degree days. My husband had passed away a few months ago and i have limited knowledge of AC units.
Tyler answered several questions I had and showed me some basics of how the A C worked and how to shut the AC off for the winter and when there is a problem. I really felt grateful for the kindness shown to me by him and the staff member who answered my phone call at 8:05 a.m.“
