“I had been having trouble with a sump pump in my crawlspace. At times, it wouldn't activate when the pit was full. As a result , I would have water in the crawlspace. The other night, I came home to a sump pump not working and water on the floor of the area. It was after hours, I left a message for Ted and he responded quickly. He explain the cost to swap out the pump and he was at my home about an hour later. He inspected the existing pump, flows, pipe fitting, swap out the pump in a short period of time! He quickly and professionally diagnosed the system, performed some tests to ensure coolant lines were not leaking, purged the system. He found the leak, replaced the fitting and valve, recharged the system and replaced a faulty capacitor. In short order the A/C was working as designed.
