“I had my yearly AC tuneup today and was so impressed with technician Tony Hall’s knowledge and experience with air conditioning systems. He cleaned the outside unit, tested the house air temperature and explained what he was doing and why. I was so happy with Tony I am requesting him for my fall oil furnace tuneup.”
“Annual tune up for our heating/AC system which McNeill had previously installed. Quality service with pleasant and knowledgeable personnel. Pointed out correct pressure readings for when gas service is upgraded.”
“Can't say enough good things about this company. These guys did a week-long whole-home heat pump installation at our house in South Amherst, and out of the dozens of contractors that I've had out to the house for various projects, this team was by far the most prepared, the most professional, and the most reliable. The core team was Tom and Steve, with a few other guys coming into support on the big days, and you could tell from the first conversation that these guys knew what they were doing. Great communication throughout, even with an annoying homeowner hovering over them throughout the project. Would not hesitate for a moment to hire them again. Thanks guys!”
