Sean/Shawn, worked on our mini split to get us heat. He was amazing. Very prompt on getting here and accomplished fixing our problem in a timely manner, explaining as he went along.Very kind and polite. Wouldn't hesitate to reach out to McNeill Heating and Air Conditioning again.

Highly recommended - they know their profession! Eddie has been super-responsive, even coming out Christmas Eve morning to address an issue we had with our heating.
