Our AC crashed on Wednesday evening as a result of several close lightening strikes. I called Krupa Thursday morning and they were able to dispatch technicians within 3 hours of my call. In less than an hour they diagnosed the problem and had the system up running with a temporary fix and told me what I needed to make permanent repairs. The Nest thermostat back plate was evidently damaged by a voltage surge of some sort, and a new unit fixed the problem.

When I spoke to Isabelle she was very helpful and pleasant.Chris the service manager gave me a quote for a new boiler. We decided to go ahead with it because of their warranty and their financing. Very down to earth not pushy.

We have had the very best service from them since they opened 71 years ago. Krupa removed our underground tank, put in new tank and boiler, installed whole house air-conditioning and serviced everything during that time. We have had few, if any, problems because of that regular, professional maintenance.We are lucky to have them here.
