I just had an exceptional experience with Valley. My house has been without AC for over a year: I was given a quote to replace my existing AC unit by one of Valleys competitors last year. The price was too high for me to afford, so I suffered through the heat. However, the recent heat wave has been too much for me to bear, so I called valley for a quote, hoping I could save a bit of money. Imagine my surprise and delight when Sam and Noah from valley came to my house today and immediately identified the problem and fixed it- no expensive quote, no misdiagnosis, no salesmanship. We realized that the AC had stopped working around 8:30 tonight so we called our HVAC service provider Valley Air Conditioning and Heating out of Simsbury.
They were here by 9:15 and the problem was fixed by 10!!!
