From critical diagnosis of mature oak tree risk to its skillful and surgical removal, Sotil provided the most professional work. Using a number of high performance lift vehicles and equipment, and a well trained and efficient crew, the tree and stump were safely removed, leaving a neatly graded and soil-covered space. In addition, a number of other mature trees were trimmed, some with very large limbs. The property was left totally clear of all wood, fallen leaves and debris, power-blown and swept. The entire team was prompt, professional, courteous, and kind throughout.

I’m currently on vacation in Venice, Italy. I recently completed an 8-day tour of Ravenna, Cividale and Croatia. During two days of being rained on constantly without umbrella, with my small amount of makeup dissolved, I was shocked to discover my hair never looked better. Donna’s haircut released all my waves. When it was sunny my highlights and color shone. Remarkable. I’m so glad I went to Donna. In Italy, women, young, middle-aged and old, regularly get their hair cut and styled, even if they go gray. They do not wear much makeup if any. Most Italians are helpful and speak some English and the men are very polite and even gallant. This helps immensely when attempting to disembark from a rocking boat. Best to all, especially Donna.

I enjoyed my experience here today! Sue takes her time. If you’re in a rush or only have an hour, try somewhere else. If you’re looking for quality and one and one, this is the place. She takes a lot of pride in her place and work. There isn’t a huge selection of gel color but the classics are all I choose so I was happy. She’s very clean and sanitary as well which is huge. I feel it’s not for everyone but it was exactly what I wanted. $40 gel manicure that was completely worth it. She prefers cash so make sure to bring that instead of card. Location is upstairs in suffield village market.

We had our roof "cleaned" last year and were NOT pleased with the results. The vendor misrepresented what they could do, and we received a refund. We looked for an alternative as our roof needed a lot of cleaning and found The Ugly Roof Doctor. It truly looks like our roof was replaced. Dr Sachdev is not only an intuitive veterinarian but a kind, caring man dedicated to helping people care for their pets. I started with him back in the mid ‘80’s, with a plethora of pets over the years; left for a while due to time/ location but am so grateful to be back over the last 8 years. Dr’s experience & skillset helped me keep my DaisyMae (with chronic thyroid issues) healthy till it was time for her to have eternal rest at 18.7 years old. Huge shout out for Katie and Jenna who are always on their game despite the busy and often chaotic front end, they do the hard work with dedication to pets and their owners. We adopted Marco, a shelter/rescue kitty they had housed for a year and we look forward to continuing our journey there at River Valley.
