Asked me necessary questions to customize my facial to know what products she was going to use. VERY informative with every product she used on my skin, so much so I had to walk away with a ZO SKIN HEALTH Gentle Cleanser!!! Modern Design Salon worked quickly and efficiently on our wedding morning! They came to our house which made my morning that much easier! We finished well before the time we needed to leave for the venue and they stayed to touch up everyones hair and wish us well on our day. Each bridesmaid and mother left with exactly what they wanted. I can't thank them enough for their work with our wedding party and our day wouldn't have been the same without them.
I enjoyed my experience here today! Sue takes her time. If you’re in a rush or only have an hour, try somewhere else. If you’re looking for quality and one and one, this is the place. She takes a lot of pride in her place and work. There isn’t a huge selection of gel color but the classics are all I choose so I was happy. She’s very clean and sanitary as well which is huge. I feel it’s not for everyone but it was exactly what I wanted. $40 gel manicure that was completely worth it. She prefers cash so make sure to bring that instead of card. Location is upstairs in suffield village market.
I contacted Shawn after having another company perform an inspection and receiving a quote for an astronomical amount of work that did not seem to be legitimate. Shawn was professional, courteous, honest, fair, and provided me with peace of mind that my fireplace and chimney were in sound working order and were not in need of repairs. He thoroughly cleaned the chimney which was allegedly beyond repair and unusable per the first company. We recently adopted a cat through Hermione's Home, which is run from River Valley Animal Center. He's a great cat, although a bit of a monster when it comes to food. He can't be stopped. But we love him. He's a mischievous little scamp.
