From the top down, this company is outstanding. Steve Girard came and met me at the house to see what his units could do to solve the issue. He took his time and explained all the options to me. From there I spoke to both his office staff, Ashley and Jennifer who were very helpful to work out the details of the project. The day of the installation, I met Stephen and his son Tyler,{ I hope I got that name right} who did the electrical work. They were fast and told me what they were going to do. When they finished you couldn't tell they were there. They cleaned up after and as I looked to see the electrical path the wires went, it was a thing of beauty. Then the installation crew came led by Chris, and his coworkers, Ray and Patrick. They worked for two days in the rain and the finished project looks great. Chris and Ray explained how to run the units to get the most efficient use out of the mini splits. Overall, this was a fantastic group of people to work with to complete a project in my house. Smith Boiler, installed in my parents house back in the 1940s, was truly a masterpiece—built to last, with craftsmanship you don't see every day. To remove it just for the sake of an upsell is unfortunate. A solid machine like that, standing the test of time, really deserved more. Bravo to its engineering.“
