“1/23/2026 A Friday morning just before an incoming blizzard. I woke up to a cold house. A text mestto my plumber to tell him what was going on with our boiler and he gave me Top Mechanical as a recommendation. At 6:40 am I called and Melissa answered and got me on the schedule for a 11-3 window. Shortly after Noon Steve showed up and after a few minutes knew exactly what was wrong, was off to the supply house and back again to fix my furnace. My house is now warm and toasty. Thank you to an amazing team for getting this done so quickly, cleanly and within my budget. I will be calling back in the spring for a cleaning.“

“I dont like writing a bad review for this company. My family has been using this company for years. Received a bill for a visit i didn't think I should have. It was a follow-up because furnace did not work like it used to before they repaired it. Technician was in house for 13 minutes and bill was close to $200. I did call the minute I received the bill. I said I would be in that week and would like to speak to service manager. He wasn't there or didn't want to talk to me. I told the office person I wanted to talk to him. I went back a week later to finalize all my bills. Still haven't heard back from him. The owner had always been good to our family in the past with any issues.“

“Fast, friendly and thorough with their explanations when they replaced our old boiler. They took the old one away, no mess, and there's clear instructions and manuals for everything. They showed me where the shutoff is, they put in a new carbon monoxide detector, new thermostat, and left the manual right by the boiler for if we chose to have any other company come back for maintenance or service.

The whole install took about 2 to 3 hours. The lady who does the phone was also friendly and able to answer any questions I had to make the arrangements for the replacement.“

“Outstanding service. First hot day of spring, 95+ outside, and our condenser went into thermal protect. After a bit of time and a reset, the compressor was whining, and cooling performance was poor. I called Reidy, and they sent technician Courtney out THE SAME AFTERNOON. Courtney arrived promptly, and was very professional and attentive. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a failed capacitor, replaced the capacitor, tested and inspected the rest of the system and we are staying cool again. I've been a Reidy customer for a few years now, and highly recommend them for their service!“

“I have been a customer since 1981. I have had an emergency in the middle of the night during Winter. It was resolved that night. Otherwise, oil and service have been delivered when promised.
Additionally, in April 2026, Noonan replaced our heating system. We got a Buderus boiler. It does what it is supposed to do.“
