“1/23/2026 A Friday morning just before an incoming blizzard. I woke up to a cold house. A text mestto my plumber to tell him what was going on with our boiler and he gave me Top Mechanical as a recommendation. At 6:40 am I called and Melissa answered and got me on the schedule for a 11-3 window. Shortly after Noon Steve showed up and after a few minutes knew exactly what was wrong, was off to the supply house and back again to fix my furnace. My house is now warm and toasty. Thank you to an amazing team for getting this done so quickly, cleanly and within my budget. I will be calling back in the spring for a cleaning.“

“I dont like writing a bad review for this company. My family has been using this company for years. Received a bill for a visit i didn't think I should have. It was a follow-up because furnace did not work like it used to before they repaired it. Technician was in house for 13 minutes and bill was close to $200. I did call the minute I received the bill. I said I would be in that week and would like to speak to service manager. He wasn't there or didn't want to talk to me. I told the office person I wanted to talk to him. I went back a week later to finalize all my bills. Still haven't heard back from him. The owner had always been good to our family in the past with any issues.“

“We are located in Wilbraham and have 2 Lennox gas furnaces. The upstairs unit stopped working overnight. There are only 2 Lennox service companies in this area, DEE is one of them. I called in the morning when they opened, was told someone would call to set up visit same day, They called, showed up, and fixed the problem within the hour. 5 stars for communication, timeliness, and professionalism.“
