I scheduled a needed repair. The work was completed in a much shorter time than expected, but only to find out that the work was completed incorrectly.

Tony C was then reassigned and came for a follow up.
He correctly completed the work, took the time to explain the steps and the corrections needed. Once the work was complete, Tony took extra time to ensure everything was working correctly.

He quickly and professionally diagnosed the system, performed some tests to ensure coolant lines were not leaking, purged the system. He found the leak, replaced the fitting and valve, recharged the system and replaced a faulty capacitor. In short order the A/C was working as designed. “I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly.
