“I called Degree H&C for a weekend emergency. The initial gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional and organized in his triage of my issue. I then received an immediate follow-up call within 15 mins from a local technician who was at my house within an hour. He worked tirelessly on my boiler with a very obvious desire to identify the true underlying problem rather than quickly patch the issue with a temporary solution. He identified a few possible sources for our issue and fixed them on site in 2-3 hours. He returned the next day to ensure it was working as it should without charging an additional second visit fee.Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism, and communication from the company as whole but was especially thankful for our technician Toby for his dedication and expertise. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time.We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. I like to know how things work, so I was his shadow following along, asking questions, snapping pictures....and he was more than helpful and welcomed my questions and presence.
