15 y/o furnace started emitting carbon monoxide and heat will not work. With a 3y/o in the house I had to get on it quick. I was able to get appointment with 48hrs. Great job by Lance and his crew. Showed up on time and did amazing job. House warm now with no Carbon monoxide issue
Technician was very professional, and courteous in his interaction with us.Technician did a very thorough job.He was very quick to follow up on a few questions that I had asked him as far as replacement of a programmable thermostat.I would recommend him again for any service I needed.
Clay came for a heating system tuneup. He arrived on time, was very courteous, extremely thorough, tested and cleaned our gas hot water system. He was very cordial, very tidy, explained everything, and left us a detailed report. Clay spoke very highly of his company too. I highly recommend Clay from HARP. HARP should be very happy to have him.
