“BDx Fitness truly lives up to the hype. I was looking for a fitness center to try out in Shelton and noticed the 5 star reviews so decided to check it out and I am glad I did. All the coaches are super friendly and more than willing to help you out wherever you are on your journey. I will like to give a special shout out to coach Ruben who I have been training with. He is honest, open, motivating (i love his quote: No challenge, no change), supportive, and I especially like how he is client focused. When he is working with you he is only focused on your workout and helping you reach your goals (he truly tunes everyone out) which I appreciate. I will end with a personal example to show much Ruben and BDx Fitness have truly helped me out. One exercise I have been working hard on is leg press and when I first started, my PR was around 140 lbs. After working with Ruben and training hard based on his program, I have gotten my PR up to 300 lbs (all in a few months).
