What started as a journey into yoga has slowly grown into a practice incorporating various training and exercise disciplines crafted together in a perfect combination to address my physical needs and goals. Most recently I discovered that I had Lyme disease, the effects of which seriously hindered my physicality. But through Brian’s guidance over the past 6 months, I have regained much of my lost strength and balance allowing me to finally feel strong and normal again. Brian doesn’t stop at just the physical practice however. His approach additionally focuses on nutritional health along with meditative and mental centering skills to truly care for the entire being, not just the body. Brian has trained me through all the peaks and valleys in both my body and mind and his attentive nature means that each time we meet, he crafts just the right routine based on what’s happening for me that day, even if that calls for an extra 30 mins of meditation! I am very fortunate to have Brian in my life and look forward to training with him every week, even when he makes me do burpees!“
“Have been coming here for about 2 months for help with diastasis recti after pregnancy. I honestly didn't have high hopes because the DR felt so big to me but now it's vastly improved and almost gone! I've been working mainly with Noel, who is amazing- supportive yet challenging and explains everything simply. The whole staff is friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.“

“Lots of therapists to choose from. I usually take a while to warm up when i start at a new place but the doctors were all very nice. I'd been to 3 different pt doctors and one for occupational therapy. All were very thorough. My one qualm with the PT is that they spend soooo much time on the laptop DURING the session. I almost wonder how they can assess me when they're looking at desktop more than me. My OT therapist was very hands on and attentive however. We spent one session with him literally holding my hands the entire time! It was actually comforting..i have RA and my hands suffer. The compression and warmth helps. Nonetheless, it was a decent place for what I was going for. I was just looking to learn some stretches and tips to combat my condition. Im just used to more personable therapy. When I need therapy for an actual injury, I think I'd probably go to my other place. Buy again they were good for what I was needing at this time.“
