I recently became a member at Elevate Wellness & Athletics. I’m a women in my mid 60s ,Post menopausal with other health issues. Just after three weeks, I’m starting to feel the strengthening exercises taught to me @ Elevate wellness & Athletic helped me improve my confidence in my footing and just stronger all around.
