“Our experience with All City Plumbing and Air was Louie was so professional yet friendly. He initially came in for furnace tuneup. However, he showed me the current state of my hvac system which was allegedly changed by a previous contractor. Unfortunately, this was not the case and the systemwas leaking and since it had previously caused water damage we decided to rip it out. Louie showed us our options and we decided to do an entire rehaul including ducts. The next day he and the crew came out to start the job. “In early August 2025 our AC condenser failed. I called the original installer (Not BANNER) who located a field rat in the condenser that chewed many wires and got electrocuted (see the attached image). The original installer (Not BANNER) indicated we had $6,000 of damage (see the attached image). I called BANNER, spoke with Abbey (owner) who came out the same day with a team of three technicians and BANNER was able to change all the wiring harnesses in 1.5 hours for $650. The damages went from $6,000 via the original installer, to $650 with BANNER. Banner are fantastic. In the middle of the 100 degree August heat wave they fixed our issue the same day, and for a very reasonable, very fair price for parts & labor. Thank you Abbey and Team.“
