We’ve had Air Products service our HVAC system since they installed it more than 10 years ago. Only once did we have to call for an emergency repair and they came out immediately. Their service is exceptional, professional, and thorough. I have never regretted working with them and will continue to do so for years to come.

This company responds promptly to service requests. I am given a 2-hour window when making the appointment for service and I receive a text message or phone call with their actual arrival time approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival. Service representatives are clean, respectful and professional. They are knowledgeable and keep our HVAC in tip-top shape with twice yearly service Spring and Fall.

My HVAC unit would not heat and the office assigned a tech to visit my home the next day. The tech assessed the problem and resolved it fairly quickly. I was very pleased because the cold weather has set in. I was very pleased.
