“Ok so I had Oscar of AC KINGS assist me in the past as he was highly recommended. Everything went well. Recently, I had an emergency with a tenant occupied sfr. The AC condenser went down. It was 96 degrees and they had a 15 month old baby. Not only did Oscar take my call but he juggled his busy schedule to take care of this. He was there working until 9pm with his crew the next night! Everything got done and was done right and professionally. The level of customer care and professional services were 2nd to none. “Cal star heating has gone beyond my expectations. They installed an 18 seer high efficiency heat pump with the best prices after receiving multiple quotes. Initially, the heat pump has been receiving errors due to the manufacturer made machine, cal star has come in right away every single time and fixed the issues. They have been extremely responsive.
