So happy to have found North Air! Our old company was bought & the service really declined. My neighbor recently used this company so I asked Vigen to service our very old units. He came over & got the job done quickly & with no upselling or pushiness! He was very friendly & trustworthy, we will definitely use them in the future, we’ll likely need a new compressor in the next year or two.

Vigen and the team at North Air are the best! We were in urgent need of replacing our old HVAC/Heat Pump unit and Vigen ensured we got the best system for our home and it was installed properly as quickly as possible. His team also upgraded the electrical needed to support a slightly more powerful system and uncovered some other electrical panel issues that we had not even known about and was able to help address those as well. We've given Vigen a call a couple times since installation for check-ups and he's always been so helpful and made sure our questions were answered and everything is always working just as it should be.
