I’ve been in real estate for 25 years and have always struggled to find HVAC companies that 1) are skilled 2) honest 3) reasonably priced and 4) friendly and 5) responsive. Dmitrii and his team are ALL of those things. I have used them on two investment properties and they do not disappoint. One was replacing a wall heater in a small apt, and the other was installing two new furnaces and two new condensors and ducring in a 5500 sq foot house. Highly recommend them. This company deserves to stay in business and thrive. Please support them and ask for my name as a reference if you want to verify I’m a real customer and not just a planted review.

BLUF: Highly recommend, high value for services rendered. They pay attention to small details, which made the vent cleaning take longer than expected, so budget extra time when you schedule. Details like wiping down the vent cover, vacuuming the area underneath the work area, covering around the work area, multiple cleaning passes in the ducts. Be sure you can operate you HVAC system as continuously as possible during the cleaning, as it makes the vent cleaning more effective. Pure Air wasn't the least expensive bid, neither were they the most expensive -- excellent value for the bid given.
